Fabian Vogelbruchはアーヘン工科大学で電気工学を専攻、専門分野は通信技術。1999年工学技士（Dipl.-Ing.）資格を得て卒業。 ミュンヘン工科大学の統合システム研究所でさらに研究を続け、携帯電話通信の反復検出の研究に対し博士号を取得。

知的財産法についての研修を2005年COHAUSZ & FLORACKで開始。さらにデュッセルドルフ地方裁判所、ドイツ特許・商法庁、連邦特許裁判所で研鑽を積み、ドイツの弁理士、欧州特許庁に対する職業代理人として認めらる。 米国の法律事務所で数カ月間の研修を受け、その間米国の特許侵害訴訟について知識を得る。2009年COHAUSZ & FLORACKに弁理士として参加。 2012年、欧州知的財産法の修士課程を完了。 2014年COHAUSZ & FLORACKのパートナーとなる。

Dr. Vogelbruchは特許申請の準備と実施（国内外両方）から承認済み特許の妥当性と特許侵害に関する手続きまで、知的財産法の全分野にわたり国内外のクライアントの代理人を務める。 さらに、freedom-to-operate（フリーダムトゥオペレート）調査とdue-diligence（デューデリジェンス）評価によるクライアント企業の現行ビジネス分野の拡大と新たなビジネス部門獲得も主要な業務である。

技術上の専門分野には通信技術、音声処理、制御工学、回路技術、データ処理とソフトウェアが含まれる。

Dr. Vogelbruchはドイツ語と英語を話す。
