Düsseldorf, September 24, 2024 – Cohausz & Florack (C&F) has been nominated for the JUVE Award 2024 in the category “Firm of the Year for IP.” With this annual award, the JUVE editorial team recognizes law firms that are making great strides in patent, trademark, and unfair competition law. The main criteria for the prize are firms’ activity in high-stakes proceedings, portfolio management and contract drafting support to top-level clients, and personnel development. The JUVE Awards are presented in 15 categories, with three additional categories honoring company legal departments.
The nominees and winning teams are chosen based on the handbook JUVE German Commercial Law Firms. The JUVE editorial team compiles this each year by conducting extensive research and interviews with clients, partners, junior attorneys-at-law, and judges.
