Düsseldorf, September 18, 2024 – Cohausz & Florack (C&F) has made the shortlist for the Global IP Awards 2024. The firm was nominated in the category “Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year” for Germany.
Each year, the Global IP Awards recognize law firms’ outstanding achievements in IP in the fields of litigation, prosecution, and transactions. The winners are selected on the basis of extensive research as well as thousands of submissions from firms and interviews with IP experts and practitioners from around the world. The awards are hosted by the information service Law Business Re-search, to which the platforms International Asset Management (IAM) and World Trademark Review (WTR) belong.
C&F won the award in 2022 in the category “Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year” for Germany. “We are delighted to be nominated again this year and to receive such recognition for our achievements as a team,” says Mathias Karlhu-ber, patent attorney and partner at C&F. “We are looking forward to the awards ceremony.” This will take place on October 17, 2024, in London.
