25 years as a legal expert at Cohausz & Florack: Ulrike Alice Ulrich celebrates law firm anniversary

 

Düsseldorf, October 1, 2024 – On October 1, 2024, Ulrike Alice Ulrich celebrates her 25th anniversary at Cohausz & Florack (C&F). She joined the firm as an attorney-at-law in 1999 and was made a partner in 2002. As an expert in IP law, she has since played a pivotal role in many proceedings with high international stakes and has been instrumental in C&F’s success. To this day, Ulrike Alice Ulrich advises and supports well-known clients in the enforcement and defense of trademark rights, assessing the protectability of trademarks, global application procedures, questions of trademark strategy and its implementation against competitors, as well as the management of large trademark portfolios. She represents her clients before all local, regional, and higher regional courts in Germany.

After studying law at the Universities of Göttingen and Heidelberg, Ulrike Alice Ulrich worked from 1996 to 1999 as an attorney-at-law for the Düsseldorf office of a nationwide firm of attorneys-at-law, auditors, and tax consultants.

Alongside her subsequent role at C&F, she worked as a lecturer in trademark law at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, Faculty of Law, from 2000 to 2007.
